These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Invoicefinito ("we", "us", "our") website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Invoicefinito offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions, including Invoicefinito Pro and Invoicefinito Pro Max, billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Pro: $7.99 USD per month (or equivalent local price).
- Pro Max: $14.99 USD per month (or equivalent local price).
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not process subscription refunds directly.
3. Free Tier
A free tier is available with limited features. We may change free-tier limits or features with reasonable notice where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Services beyond normal use.
- Upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of business data you enter (clients, invoices, expenses, and related records). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Services.
6. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third parties (for example, Stripe for card payments, Apple/Google for subscriptions, and cloud providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices and compliance with laws applicable to your business.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invoicefinito and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
